Swarowski implements the project of the automated control system (ACS) on roads of Volgograd

On September 7 in the mayor's office of Volgograd the meeting of the mayor Roman Grebennikov with the board member of world famous holding "Swarowski" Alexander Swarovski took place. Possible participation of the company in project implementation of the automated control system (ACS) on roads of Volgograd became a subject of negotiations.

The Swarowski company is not only well-known crystals which are known by the whole world. Today this holding includes several tens of firms working in the most different directions. One of segments is automated control systems and security. The company implements a number of large projects in many countries of the world. One of the most known — system deployment of an ACS to the Olympic Games in Turin. � We work 15 years in Russia, and it is my first visit to Volgograd — the board member of holding Alexander Swarovski says. — Dialog with the management of the city took place positively. Now there was a fact-finding meeting. Further we are ready to work and implement the projects.

One of advantages of solutions of Swarowski company is investment into a road network and also the project on production organization in Volgograd. The quality of the equipment is much higher and is nearly more expensive than the Chinese analogs. � We are interested in those solutions which are proposed to us by our partners — the head of Volgograd Roman Grebennikov told. — It is very important for us that in 2011 the ACS system was developed in the city, for this purpose already today it is necessary to begin work in this direction. We are ready for that and managements of roads the private company which would attract investments was engaged in a security system and even organized own production.
