2022: Building a digital ecosystem to work with the distribution network
Gazpromneft-SM has implemented a project to create a single digital platform for working with a distribution network in Russia, as well as countries of near and far abroad. The updated online infrastructure made it possible to increase the efficiency of interaction with partners, reduce order processing time by 3 times and increase sales of lubricants. The adaptation of the platform for foreign business partners was implemented by the web companies RDN GROUP, which announced this on November 1, 2022.
A single platform with an intuitive interface allows users online to create and issue orders, track their status, as well as generate reporting in any convenient format. Gazpromneft-SM specialists, thanks to the expanded capabilities of the digital product, can more efficiently plan production facilities, calculate logistics and accompany transactions with partners. The web architecture of the platform used the most current software and technology solutions, which allows the system to work with high performance even under heavy loads.
As of November 2022, more than 100 companies from Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Turkey have already become users of the unified digital platform Gazpromneft-SM.
