The Arzamas Instrument Plant begins the second stage of implementation of ERP

The BSB company (Bee Es Bee LLC) and JSC Arzamas Instrument Plant begin a new stage of works on implementation at the enterprise of a system of the financial accounting "1C: Accounting 8 CORP".

Before it

Within the previous stage works on implementation of a circuit of fixed asset accounting were carried out. All main transactions are automated: depreciation, upgrade, inventory, receipt of new inventory objects and so on. Since September 1 all fixed asset accounting on "APZ" is kept in 1C.

Today in plans

The next stage assumes expansion of the project. In the nearest future work on sections of accounting Bank and Cash desk will begin that will allow to implement accounting of the movement of cash and a non-cash and currency transactions and, thus, to transfer to 1C settlings with suppliers, buyers and advance holders, receiving and cash deposit into the account and other transactions. Also information exchange with the Client of Bank system should be implemented. Full translation of accounting of banking and cash activities on 1C is going to be performed by November.

Specifics of the project

One of features of an implementation project of 1C on "APZ" – need of integration of 1C with other automated systems functioning at the enterprise, first of all – with the ERP system of QAD Enterprise Applications (it is also known as MFG/PRO). On different sections of accounting on "APZ" the set of the third-party systems is used. All sections are interconnected, and on everyone information necessary for accounting is entered. To perform soft junction from existing applications to 1C, circuits of accounting are implemented in turn, gradually replacing with themselves the separate existing blocks. At the same time communication with other sections of accounting is not broken. The end result – the reporting, should not suffer. As a result all blocks (the work sections connected with conducting accounting and tax accounting) should be covered with functionality of 1C.
