The reporting on the Internet

Management of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation on the Nakhodka city district makes acceptance from employers of the reporting under the assessed and paid insurance premiums, the personified accounting in 2010. Submission of reports by payers of insurance premiums is made as in paper form, and electronically on telecommunication channels without duplication of information on paper carrier in the terms set by the legislation.

Now more than 1250 employers of the city district are connected to an electronic document management system. All information directed on the Internet is reliably protected from unauthorized access by means of cryptographic protection: the data certified by the electronic digital signature come to territorial authorities of RPF via secure channels of communication.

For employers the reporting on the Internet is a cost reduction on printing, on the road, sending and delivery of documentation, disposal of queues, economy of working time of the head who does not need to sign the reporting with own hand.

According to the new legislation in 2011 the volume of the individual data represented to the pension fund due to change of frequency of their representation considerably increases – instead of annual accounts quarterly is entered. The period of acceptance of individual data is reduced to 1 month. In 2010 if the number of workers exceeds 100 people, it is necessary to submit the reporting in electronic form with the electronic digital signature. Since 2011 this rule will work for the organizations numbering insured persons more than 50 people.

Universal transition to electronic information exchange between the organizations and different state bodies irrespective of the number of workers and a type of the transmitted data is in the years ahead planned.
