"Transcapitalbank" signed in July, 2007 the agreement with the Russian representative office of Robertson & Blums on purchase of licenses for the "HRB/personnel management and payroll" system and annual technical support of a product. It is remarkable that the bank will independently perform system implementation, and consultants of Robertson & Blums will provide trainings on administration of a system.

As reported, the management of bank made the decision on acquisition of a system on personnel management in connection with expansion of a branch network, requiring flexible automation of personnel processes at the modern level. The "HRB/personnel management and payroll" system (version 3.5) was selected by company management as most satisfying current demands and the most perspective. The bank purchased all functional modules which are logging in ("Payroll", Time keeping, Personnel records, Document register). Licenses are expected 3 users and 10 timekeepers.
