2022: Service Launch

Group "Airplane" On November 9, 2022, it launched a service for those who bought an apartment and want to be aware of how it is going construction and the decoration before the transfer of keys. Future residents will be able to control all stages of work in their apartment: - Telegramboat "How are you at home?" On request, sends current 3D tours or photo reports.

The pilot of the program is already working in the residential complexes "Zarechye Park" and "Alkhimovo," soon the service will become available for all projects of the developer.

Customers are offered 2 report options:

• a report with a 3D tour allows you not only to walk around your new apartment, look into each of its corners and assess the view from the windows of future housing, but also take measurements using online roulette right on the screen of a computer or mobile phone. With this tool, you can plan the decor in advance and decide how to place the furniture in the apartment.
• photo report - a file with photographs of all premises of the apartment in different angles with an indication of the date of shooting.

Any report can be signed up and received regularly or ordered once. A subscription implies a monthly upload of reports within three months. Each report also includes information about the current readiness of the entire house.

The mechanics of using the service are quite simple: in a telegram bot, you can choose the format of the report and make an order. The report will be submitted no later than 14 days after the application is submitted. A link to the 3D tour is available within a month.
