2022: Platform Creation

Biotech company BIOCAD launched a clinical research information platform on November 9, 2022. The goal of the project is to increase the availability of information about BIOCAD's ongoing clinical trials to potential participants and physicians.

The platform is not only information collected in one place about current clinical trials of BIOCAD, but also enables treating physicians to select clinical trials for their patients, and potential participants to gain early access to therapy.

While many programs and clinical trials are closed to Russian patients, our priority is to provide healthcare professionals with information about our company's active clinical trials, and patients with the opportunity to access innovative therapies through participation in clinical trials. We regularly receive appeals and questions about research, so we have created such a program and hope that it will help patients, their loved ones and doctors get the information they need faster, "said Yulia Linkova, vice president of clinical development and research at BIOCAD.

The platform allows physicians, potential participants and their loved ones to familiarize themselves with the current status of clinical trials, information on investigational drugs and their principle of action, as well as the main criteria for inclusion of participants in clinical trials.

Visitors to the site can ask clarifying questions in the form of feedback, including requesting contact information of research centers in different cities of the Russian Federation and the CIS.

In 2022, BIOCAD received permits to implement 10 new clinical trials of drugs for the therapy of cancer, autoimmune and orphan diseases.
