2022: PIX Enterprise Transformation Development Agreement

Otkritie Bank and PIX Robotics LLC entered into a partnership agreement providing for the development of a joint PIX Enterprise Transformation product and further scaling of RPA in Otkritie Bank, which announced this on November 10, 2022.

The document was signed by Oksana Apeikina, Senior Vice President, Deputy Head of the Operational Unit of Otkritie Bank, and Sergey Lozhkin, General Director of PIX Robotics.

In 2022, we began the transition to using domestic PRA solutions and, as a result of pilot projects, chose PIX Robotics as the main platform for robotization. The bank has more than 300 robots, most of them will be transferred to the PIX Robotics solution by the end of 2022, - said Oksana Apeikina, senior vice president, deputy head of the operational unit of Otkritie Bank.

According to her, the agreement is aimed at mutually beneficial partnership, including in terms of the development of a new market product.

The bank with PIX Robotics is developing a joint product that significantly expands the possibilities of robotization. The bank shares its methodological developments and describes the challenges faced by the financial sector, and PIX Robotics, with its inherent experience, implements this in the product. The product will be a platform for managing and optimizing business processes and is planned for release at the end of 2024, - said Oksana Apeikina.

As a result of interaction with RPA UiPath, Otkritie Bank achieved good business results in robotizing its banking processes and gained positive practical experience. Cooperation with Otkritie Bank allows PIX to learn, develop new products faster and grow rapidly, providing the entire Russian market with the best world and domestic practices.
