2022: Business Process Analysis with VK Process Mining
On November 10, 2022, VK and Absolut Bank signed a strategic partnership agreement.
Cooperation involves several areas of work with digital platforms and services. Among them are the introduction of cloud services and solutions for storing and processing large amounts of data, analytical services based on machine learning, HR Tech tools for automating processes and increasing employee engagement, as well as the development of services for corporate communications.
As noted, the first stage of the partnership is the analysis of business processes using digital twins and tools of the VK Process Mining platform. VK technologies, among other things, will help screen the work of different areas of the company to determine where there are zones for improving and increasing business efficiency.
