2022: Completion of the express implementation of the MR system

Specialists of NPP SpetsTek have completed the implementation of the MR information system in ZHEK LLC (Borovichi). The project was carried out according to the method of express implementation based on the TRIM-PMS boxed solution . This was reported on November 10, 2022 at SpetsTek NPP.

The scope of the works and services performed by ZhEK LLC includes, in particular, the maintenance of public premises, adjacent territories, routine maintenance, including the preparation of houses for seasonal operation, maintenance of common house electric networks, heating, cold water supply and sewerage systems, emergency dispatch services and other types of work and services.

The work and services performed are diverse, have various features of resource support and characteristic requirements for the frequency, composition of performers, including full-time employees and external contractors. At the same time, there are about 80 apartment buildings under maintenance, not counting other infrastructure facilities.

Volumetric scheduling, provision of material and labor resources, performance, accounting and control of works in such conditions is a very non-trivial task. To solve it, the management of ZHEK LLC launched a project for the introduction of an information system for managing maintenance and repairs (IMS MR).

The basis of IMS MRO was the TRIM-PMS software package - ready-to-use software (boxed product), focused on small, economical implementation projects. The product was developed by NPP SpetsTek (trim.ru) taking into account the experience of similar projects, has a fixed list of functions, settings, report forms, measured indicators. This makes it possible to apply a standard methodology for its implementation, to carry out projects in a short time and to use a standard operating procedure for MRO ICSS.

The project of express implementation of IMS MRO itself took one working week (5 days). During this period, TRIM-PMS software was deployed at the user workstations, users were trained to fill the MRO ICS database with specific examples, training in the use of the system in the scope of standard regulations.

Using the guidelines, the Customer will independently create a database of service objects, typical works performed and contractors. To do this, an appropriate action strategy was developed with the customer during the implementation. The creation of such a database will allow the customer to automatically generate preventive and service plans in the future, reschedule, and adjust resource plans if necessary.
