Maria-RA develops archiving and continues implementation of EDMS

The company Maria-Ra as a part of which more than two hundred shops in the territory of Western Siberia continue automation of archive service. Works are conducted on the platform EDMS "Archiving". Integrator in the project- "Corporate systems – Consulting".

Facts and need

"Archiving" is applied in Maria-RA company since 2008. In August of the current year there was a question of acquisition of additional jobs for increase in efficiency, online access to documents, ensuring management of archive - for the head company.

Forthcoming tasks

• inspection of operations on service of paper archives of the organization in the general department and setup of the Archiving system for the technology scheme of archive of the organization, taking into account the subsequent possible expansion of a system.
• providing staff of the general department with jobs of the Archiving system and also training in work in a system.
• the organization of registration of affairs and documents in a single system, creation of electronic archive of the organization with exhaustive search capabilities of affairs and documents.
• formation (systematization of documents in case) and a design of affairs (units of archive storage).
