2022: Dokkee Product Development to Generate Sample Documents

The Russian IT-The company iFellow announced on November 10, 2022 the development of the Dokkee product, which allows centralized management of document generation from all information company systems. Thanks to Dokkee, business users can create, edit to store and create dynamic templates, as well as generate documents based on them, using data any information systems.

The product will be useful for companies in whose path there are several solutions for creating a large number of documents: CRM, BPMS, ERP and others. A special economic effect is achieved when generating from several hundred to tens of thousands of documents per day: contracts, appendices with payment schedules, consents to the processing of personal data, commercial proposals, etc.

Dokkee has simple integration with the information systems of the client company - the service is integrated into them through the REST API. At the same time, it is invisible to users - company employees work with target systems and see only the result of the product's activity - documents. The Dokkee functionality is called up by the front end of the customer's decision and the document is generated automatically in the same window.

The peculiarity of the product is the use of dynamic templates consisting of blocks - such a mechanism allows you to quickly and massively adjust them: if information changes in one block, the data will be centrally updated. Support templates are up-to-date in this way moving into the business unit area of ​ ​ responsibility, which increases the productivity of various departments in the company. Dokkee supports the generation of hundreds of thousands of documents per day, meeting the needs of large enterprise companies. It also supports files of any size, working with text and tables, it has the ability to search, group templates and filter - for more convenient work with documents.
