The design and construction of the facility is financed by an infrastructure budget loan, the amount of investments is 1.5 billion rubles.

The declared volume of investments in the medical center is 1.3 billion rubles.

In September 2022, the Lipetsk Regional Council of Deputies decided to take ownership of the region's children's health resort "Promete" in the Gryazinsky District, owned by PJSC Novolipetsk Metallurgical Plant. In total, 537.5 million rubles are provided for the modernization of infrastructure, reconstruction, repair of buildings and structures of the facility (most of these funds are a grant from the federal budget).

However, due to the economic situation in November 2022, some projects are being transferred to the freezing stage. For example, the Mother and Child group of companies suspended the construction of clinics in Lipetsk and Belgorod due to "great uncertainty." Total investments in these projects were estimated at 100 million rubles^[1].
