On November 8, 2022, it became known that the Capital Construction Department of the Lipetsk Region chose a supplier for the construction of a polyclinic, the capacity of which will be 600 visits per shift for adults and 200 for children. The design and construction of the facility is financed by an infrastructure budget loan, the amount of investments is 1.5 billion rubles.

The object of variable storeys (4-6 floors) with a total area of ​ ​ 2.2 thousand square meters. m will be built on a land plot of 12.6 thousand square meters. m. Construction should be completed by the end of November 2024. The contract was won by Stroymaster LLC, which had not previously been involved in medical construction.

Other medical construction projects are being implemented in the Lipetsk region. For example, Rusatom Healthcare JSC (the division of Rosatom State Corporation responsible for developments in the field of health care and nuclear medicine) has identified designers and contractors for the construction of radionuclide therapy centers in Lipetsk. The construction of the facility will be carried out by a consortium, which includes "New Ural Company," "Rubin," construction and installation department-1 "Ecologist Bashspetsneftestroy" and "Medtech Alliance." The declared volume of investments in the medical center is 1.3 billion rubles.

In September 2022, the Lipetsk Regional Council of Deputies decided to take ownership of the region's children's health resort "Promete" in the Gryazinsky District, owned by PJSC Novolipetsk Metallurgical Plant. In total, 537.5 million rubles are provided for the modernization of infrastructure, reconstruction, repair of buildings and structures of the facility (most of these funds are a grant from the federal budget).

However, due to the economic situation in November 2022, some projects are being transferred to the freezing stage. For example, the Mother and Child group of companies suspended the construction of clinics in Lipetsk and Belgorod due to "great uncertainty." Total investments in these projects were estimated at 100 million rubles[1].
