2022: Implementation of Navicon HRM

On November 16, 2022, Navicon announced the introduction of its own IT system for the integrated automation of major processes in HR. Navicon HRM saved the company from the need to implement a large line of IT solutions for translating individual HR processes into numbers.

Navicon HRM fully automates the five main stages of the employee's life cycle, from hiring to leaving the company: selection, onboarding, training and development, personnel movements, offboarding. Data about these processes, key metrics, and key figures for each employee are displayed in one place.

This approach significantly reduces the burden on Navicon HR specialists - now they do not need to switch between systems while working. In addition, it is convenient when it is necessary to consciously build an employee's career path in accordance with his goals and objectives.

At the same time, each Navicon employee gets access to his digital profile, where he can track his growth zones and the percentage of completion of professional development tasks. For example, he has access to information about what competencies are not enough to move to a new position or work with another product. This approach should increase the level of involvement in the company by at least 10-15% by the end of 2022, according to Navicon's preliminary estimate. In addition, in the future, this will help prevent the departure of key specialists, according to the company.

Finally, the head of the human resources department gets the opportunity to control how the selection is promoted, how recruiters work, whether there are subsidence and where. Processes in HR become completely transparent. In turn, the company does not need to spend time and resources on implementing many IT solutions to automate individual tasks.

The company was prompted to create its own solution by the lack of tools in the market that allow a comprehensive approach to automating processes in HR. Most products close only individual sections of the HR cycle. In order to build the process from point to point, you have to collect a whole "zoo" of solutions. Our team has developed a product that allows you to manage the life cycle of an employee at all stages of his work in the company. We are successfully running the solution on ourselves and preparing to bring it to the open market, "said Ekaterina Khudobko, HR Director of Navicon.

HR specialists themselves can configure the IT solution - this does not require the support of technical specialists. The system is simple and intuitive. In addition, it is harmoniously integrated into the company's IT infrastructure, and all the necessary integrations are configured in advance: for example, Navicon HRM is designed to interact with popular instant messengers so that the HR team can quickly communicate with candidates and instantly transfer the necessary data from correspondence.

In the future, it is planned to expand the pool of system capabilities in the Employee's Personal Account block.
