2021: Automation of the financial archive and nomenclature of cases using "1C: Document Flow 8 KORP"

In 2021, the management of the wholesale company Vita Line decided to enter tax into monitoring. For this purpose, it is necessary to create a single database, from here it was decided to form financial a documentation archive based on an advanced software product. 1C: Document flow 8 KORP To implement the task, a federal - was chosen. 1Cintegrator WiseAdvice-IT

Since 2006, Vita Line has been part of the Vita group of companies, which is represented by a chain of pharmacies in 40 regions of Russia and has been on the market for 28 years. There are about 20,000 product names in the range of pharmacies.

During the project, Vita Line carried out a survey of document management processes, formed the concept of an automated system, installed, implemented in the organization's IT infrastructure and put into commercial operation the software product 1C: Document Flow 8 KORP. Also, system users were trained to work with it and received instructions from WiseAdvice-IT specialists.

Upon completion of financial the archive automation project and case nomenclature for pharmaceutical distributor Vita Line, the following results were achieved:

• A single operational and archival storage of financial documentation was created;
• Seamless integration of the 1C system was implemented: Document flow 8 of KORP with the current 1C program: Accounting Department of KORP;
• The search for target documents in a single database was reduced by 2 times;
• The manual entry of information into the financial documentation during the filling and formation of the archive has been reduced as much as possible;
• The possibility of saving documents in cases (volumes) according to the nomenclature of cases adopted in the organization is set up, taking into account industry recommendations on shelf life;
• The transition to tax monitoring online has been implemented.

In 2022, the partner-integrator continues to work on the automation of the already external electronic document flow of Vita Line.
