2022: Opening of a data center in Moscow

On November 21, 2022, Nubes announced the opening of a new data center in Moscow. The Russian cloud provider put into commercial operation the first of a complex of three data centers - Nubes Alto with a capacity of 4 MW and an area of 1360 m2.

It is assumed that the new data center will not only expand the company's list of services by adding combination services to it, but also provide the provider with its own capacity to deploy fault-tolerant clouds.

Nubes Alto has its own energy center, cold center and fire safety station. The data center is designed to meet the requirements of Tier III: power systems are reserved according to scheme 3\2N, and engineering systems - according to scheme N + 1. Two server rooms are designed for 282 racks with a design capacity of 10 kW each.

In parallel with the data center, Nubes is putting into operation an administrative building with an office infrastructure of 500 m ².

The site and buildings of the data center are owned by the company. For the data center, this minimizes property risks and ensures control over the continuity of service delivery. In early November 2022, data center specialists completed the pilot operation of IT infrastructure and engineering systems.

We plan to continue to maintain the leading dynamics of development in order to meet the growing demand for data center services, - said the commercial director of Nubes Liubov Bogdanova[1] }}
