Biography
Vladislav Kuzminykh graduated from the Technical University of St. Petersburg in 2004.
He worked for 11 years at the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Sverdlovsk Region, served as head of the center for information technology, communications and information protection.

In November 2022, Colonel Vladislav Kuzminykh headed the Main Center for Communications and Information Protection of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation (PKU GTSiZI of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia).
