Forum Holding company (Directum)

The implementation project of DIRECTUM in HK "Forum" started in January, 2010. The first stage during which the detailed technical specifications describing all business processes of holding, optimizing routes of the movement of documents, regulating the plan of implementation and volume of necessary completions of a system were developed is already completed. The staff of the holding company was trained in the authorized DIRECTUM training center based on Galaktika of IT company.

In April, 2010 the second stage - full-scale system implementation, setup and adaptation of basic functionality of DIRECTUM under requirements of the customer started. Commissioning of the first stage of a system on 50 jobs is planned for May, 2010. Further a system will be replicated on all structures of holding, and then the number of users will exceed 300 people. At this stage the following main objectives will be solved:

• creation, approval and registration of the in-house and organizational and administrative documentation entering and outgoing correspondence and contractual documents of holding;
• maintaining magazines of Registration and control cards of documents;
• issue of instructions according to documents;
• automatic sending notifications on instructions and about the termination of validity periods of agreements to the Customer's employees by e-mail;
• control of execution of instructions according to documents;
• reporting on performing discipline;
• management of meetings;
• maintaining archive of electronic documents.

The next stage of development of the project plans sale of mechanisms of integration of the DIRECTUM system with information resources of holding (a corporate portal, an enterprise management system).
