Gorelektrotransport (Galaktika ERP)

The Nizhnekamsk company "Gorelektrotransport" providing more than 50% of all city passenger traffic carries out the project of control automation based on the Galaktika ERP system which purpose is automation of the main business processes, the automated cost accounting and profitability along each route. The project is kept by Projects and Solutions company from Naberezhnye Chelny.

In an information system 68 employees from different divisions of the enterprise work and the following tasks are automated: personnel management and payroll; control of motor transport, supply, sale, inventory accounting; management of production logistics; settling with suppliers and receivers; maintenance and repair of the equipment for objects of power economy, railway lines, rolling stock of the electric transport, motor transport and mechanisms; accounting and tax accounting; management of budgets.

The module "Control of the Electric Transport" using which daily details on the movement taking into account working schedules of drivers of trams and conductors, restrictions for the movement and also taking into account a status of trams on a current period form was developed for implementation of specific functions of the customer by the contractor; waybills of drivers and conductors are written out; automatically payment according to waybills along each route is calculated; the sheet of a time recording is adjusted; the run and an expense of the electric power along each route is calculated; the operational reporting on work of drivers, conductors and the rolling stock is prepared.

Especially for drivers and conductors in the special Terminal which allows them to browse daily results of the work since the beginning of month on the expired day was implemented: a worked time, collected revenue, execution of the plan of collecting of revenue and salary accruals, - according to each waybill. The reports allowing to obtain operational information about activity of the enterprise are developed for the management of the enterprise: collected revenue and execution of the plan of collecting of revenue; income and expenses of the enterprise; cost value and profitability as all enterprise, and along each route; completeness of personnel; the existing vacancies and a staff turnover; debit, creditor and tax debts; deficit and materials requirement.
