Technoserv equipped multimedia VKS with a complex the new building of FMS of Russia

Technoserv company announced project completion on creation of a uniform multimedia complex for holding meetings in the video conferencing mode in the new building of central office of Federal Migration Service (FMS of Russia) in Chistoprudnom Boulevard.

Were a single multimedia system of a video conferencing (VIDEOCONFERENCING) for several premises a part of a complex, a congress system for ensuring synchronous translation and the system of recording of actions.

The VKS systems equipped a director's office of FMS of Russia, the meeting room and the hall of Board of FMS of Russia accomodating at the same time up to 100 participants. The multimedia complex is intended for holding raznoformatny actions with participation of foreign delegations and with a connectivity of divisions of FMS of Russia in other cities.

In the Board hall within a multimedia complex the video subsystem including the central videowall, several LCD monitors in the center of the hall for duplication of the image and desktop interactive screens for a conference table in presidium was installed. Also the hall was equipped with the congress system providing synchronous translation for all attendees at holding of conferences with participation of foreign specialists, and a lecture tribune which thanks to the interactive screen and the document camera allows to hold the presentations using the raznoformatny multimedia information.

Including, the hall of Board was equipped with the system of recording of actions and a management system for a video conferencing. The management system provides interactive management of all components of a complex from the touch screen, including, allows to manage the choice of displays of participants of a session of VKS on the videowall and on individual screens and also parameters of the installed equipment.

When implementing the project technological solutions of the leading developers of the equipment were applied: Cisco Systems, Tandberg, HP, Wacom, Panasonic, Orion, Kramer Electronic Ltd., Crestron, Wolfvision.

For the created VKS system the connectivity in a group video conferencing with the VKS system created by Technoserv in 2009 covering a conference room of the building of central office of FMS of Russia in Boyarsky Lane in Moscow and territorial authorities of service in St. Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Rostov-on-Don, Yekaterinburg, Novosibirsk and Khabarovsk is provided.
