The head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia Alexander Kurenkov handed over to the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in St. Petersburg a mobile communication center issued by the holding "Roselectronics" of the State Corporation Rostec. Roselectronics announced this on November 30, 2022.

The mobile communication center for working in emergency situations (ICC ES) is created on the basis of specialized car KAMAZ off-road capability. The complex is designed to provide EMERCOM units Russia with stable communication in the field.

The equipment installed on board the ICS makes it possible to organize satellite, wire and radio communication channels, create a local computing network, carry out video surveillance in the task area, and provide data transmission, including via video conferencing in the departmental digital communication network.

The Roselectronics holding is actively participating in the technical re-equipment program of the EMERCOM of Russia until 2030 and supplies the ministry with mobile communication nodes, mobile complexes for informing and alerting the population, digital radio stations of the DMR standard. In 2022, the ICC Emergency Situations successfully passed state tests and was accepted for supply to the EMERCOM of Russia, and now we are transferring serial samples of the complex to the territorial bodies of the ministry, - said in Roselectronics.
