2022: Building a unified business process management system based on 1C:ERP. Management of 1C holding: Corporation

GC Russian Towers, the operator of the independent telecom infrastructure market in Russia, has automated all key business processes in a single system based on the 1C: Enterprise 8 platform.

Calls required the company to switch from basic accounting system 1C: Accounting on ERPCPM a flagship/solution basis, to digitalize processes that were not previously automated.

The federal acted as an automation partner. 1Cintegrator WiseAdvice-IT As a result of a pre-project survey business processes of all legal persons of the Russian Towers Group of Companies, it was decided to introduce the 1C:ERP Holding Management software product as part 1C: Corporation of and build an effective accounting and reporting system in a single database.

During the project, 16 functional units of the company were automated: NSI Management, Sales Management, Procurement Management, Infrastructure Construction Management (OSI), Infrastructure Purchase Management (including land), Operational Warehousing, Power Consumption Management, Operation and Maintenance of Facilities (including land lease), Budgeting, Cash Management, Investment Monitoring, Management Accounting, Regulated Accounting, Integration with Related Systems, Accounting of Operating Facilities, Mutual Settlements with Counterparties.

Customization of the typical configuration:

  • Modifications of the standard functional of the operating circuit and RAS - more than 120 functions have been finalized;
  • Refinements in the financial framework by blocks: Budgeting, Investment Monitoring, IFRS, Cash Management, Management Accounting, Management Reporting;
  • Integration with the corporate system, building the interaction of employees from different departments into a network of interconnected business processes in 7 flows: Counterparties, Counterparty Agreements, Agreements with Buyers,

Supplier Agreements, Land Plots, Infrastructure Facilities (Towers). Upon completion of the project, the company managed not only to build a unified management system and implement previously automated business processes, but also to optimize existing processes, reducing time and labor costs for their implementation. And in general, improve the quality of accounting, reducing the number of errors and increasing the information content of the reporting data.
