2022: Creation of laser surgery technology

Holding Schwabe"" of the State Corporation Rostec has developed a special method for dissecting biological tissue with radiation. laser The technology improves the quality of surgical operations and promotes faster patient recovery. The experimental approach has already been successfully tested in clinical practice. This was announced on December 1, 2022 by Rostec.

With the help of the development, the doctor can choose the color of the laser, the duration and power of the radiation according to the individual characteristics of the patient. The technology reduces the trauma of surgery on mucous tissues and reduces healing time due to individual selection of laser beam parameters.

The authors of the method are specialists from one of the laser centers of Russia - the Polyus Research Institute named after M.F. Stelmakh (part of the Schwabe holding of the Rostec State Corporation).
