2021: Development of the information and analytical system of the situation center of the Governor of the Kamchatka Territory

The project was devoted to the development of the information and analytical system of the situation center of the Governor of the Kamchatka Territory (IAS SC Kamchatka Territory) in terms of creating an interdepartmental subsystem "Operational monitoring and budget analysis of the Kamchatka Territory."

The object of automation is the activities of the executive bodies of state power of the Kamchatka Territory in terms of operational monitoring, analysis of financial support and cash execution of budget funds of the Kamchatka Territory provided for the implementation of state programs of the Kamchatka Territory and the Investment Program of the Kamchatka Territory.

Project objectives

The interdepartmental subsystem "Operational monitoring and budget analysis of the Kamchatka Territory" of the Information and Analytical System of the Situation Center of the Governor of the Kamchatka Territory is intended for comprehensive information analytical support and automation of the processes of executive bodies of state power of the Kamchatka Territory as part of the execution of the budget of the Kamchatka Territory for the implementation of state programs of the Kamchatka Territory, the Investment Program of the Kamchatka Territory.

Results

The components of the interdepartmental subsystem "Operational monitoring and budget analysis of the Kamchatka Territory" of the Information and Analytical System of the Situation Center of the Governor of the Kamchatka Territory with the GIS MDM were integrated to obtain and regularly update data.

The necessary components for the subsystems are implemented and configured:

  • "Information Interaction";
  • "Visualization and Analysis" (in terms of the possibility of using the Subsystem from mobile devices).
  • The Subsystem can be used from mobile devices (tablets, mobile phones) through the use of adaptive web page display mechanisms in web browsers Yandex, Google Chrome, Safari.
  • Support and technical support of the customer in the implementation/configuration of subsystem components were provided:
