2022: Purchase plan for more than 2 thousand automated workplaces

The Pension Fund of Russia (PFR) buys automated jobs (AWS) for its employees in regional divisions for almost 300 million rubles. This became known on December 7, 2022.

According to the tender documents, the future contractor must supply 2284 devices (130 thousand apiece). The processor frequency should be at least 2.3 GHz, that is, the use of exclusively imported chips is implied. The pre-installed OS should be included in the register of Russian software under the Ministry of Digital Engineering.

It became possible to purchase AWS due to the existing savings, it is not possible to carry it out in advance and establish more comfortable delivery times, - said representatives of the FIU.

They also noted that the AWS are intended for territorial bodies, and the supply of equipment to the central office is explained by the need to fulfill the contract in a short time.

According to the public procurement portal, the tender was published on November 28, 2022 in the format of an electronic auction. The maximum contract price may be 296.9 million rubles. Applications were accepted from 17:05 on November 28 to 9:00 on December 6. Thus, a little more than five working days were allotted for applications.

According to Part 9 of Art. 83.2 44-FZ, in electronic auctions and tenders, a contract can be concluded no earlier than 10 days from the date of placement of the final procurement protocol. Thus, the document with the supplier will be signed no earlier than December 17.

The term of the contract is indicated on December 30, 2022. At the same time, the delivery of AWS should be carried out no later than December 27. Accordingly, the future contractor has seven working days left for the supply of AWS.

As a place of delivery of goods, not the regional branches themselves are indicated (as is often the case with deliveries within the framework of large public procurement), but Moscow - to the PFR building on Sushchevsky Val. The terms of reference note that "in agreement with the customer, partial shipment is allowed^[1].
