Biography

She has two higher educations: in 1985 she graduated from Bashkir State University, in 2004 - from the Bashkir Academy of Public Administration and Management under the President of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

She worked in various positions at Bashneft and Bashnipineft. He has extensive experience in interacting with entrepreneurs, since for many years she worked as deputy and executive director of the Association of Entrepreneurship Organizations of the Republic of Belarus.

Since 2021, he is a member of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation from the Republic of Bashkortostan.

Until December 2022, she headed the Innovation Center of the Agency for the Development of Small and Medium Enterprises of the Republic of Belarus.
