2010: Implementation and subsequent maintenance of "1C: Document Flow 8 "

In October 2010, the 1C: Document Flow software product was introduced at Knauf Service LLC, which specializes in servicing construction materials and systems of the Knauf brand.

The company has a need to automate internal document management based on the 1C: Enterprise 8 platform.

The integrator was the automation partner consulting company WiseAdvice-IT (until 2010 Intellis - Automation). Contractor's specialists:

1. KNAUF SERVICE document flow analysis was performed.
2. Your company's business processes have been optimized.
3. The implementation of the software product 1C: Document flow with automation of units: Workflow, Accounting and storage of documents, Maintaining the nomenclature of cases, Accounting and control of the execution of orders was carried out.
4. Trained users to work in the new electronic document management system.

As a result of the project, automation of document flow on the basis of the 1C: Enterprise 8 platform was carried out that meets the requirements of KNAUF SERVICE. At the same time, 1C: Document Flow allows you to streamline the work of employees with documents, exclude the possibility of losing versions or intersecting fragments while working, reduce the time for searching for the necessary information and the total time for collective processing of documents. Also, the new EDMS increased the quality of the finished material (projects, documentation, etc.) by solving a large number of controversial issues and streamlining the work of users.

At the end of the project, support for the functioning of the system and consulting users on working with the system were carried out.
