2011: Implementation of "1C: Production Enterprise Management 8 "

In September 2011, the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management of 8 software product was introduced at Sibur-PETF, which produces granulate for PET bottles.

The reason for the project was the transition of all holding enterprises to a single template solution on the 1C: Enterprise 8 platform. The system had to meet the requirements of the company in terms of production accounting.

The federal 1C integrator WiseAdvice-IT has been selected as the automation partner. Works performed by the integrator:

1. Test migration of data from the historical accounting system to the template solution.
2. Training of users to work with the functionality of the program.
3. Prototype the cost price as part of a typical solution.
4. End-to-end testing of 1S:UPP functionality.
5. Integration with the accounting board system.
6. Finally migrate the data to the production database.
7. Set up a standard solution for your enterprise.
8. Implement additional unsupported reports and print layouts.
9. Enhanced technical support for enterprise users during the commissioning phase.
10. Close the month together in the work base.

Project result

Implementation of production accounting based on 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management, which meets the requirements of Sibur - PETF, as well as consulting users on working with the system and further post-design support were carried out. At the same time, the new system provides:

• enterprise management and managers responsible for business development - extensive opportunities for analyzing, planning and flexible management of the company's resources to increase its competitiveness;
• Heads of departments, managers and employees directly involved in production, sales, supply and other activities to ensure the production process - tools to improve the efficiency of daily work in their areas;
• employees of accounting services of the enterprise - means for automated accounting in full compliance with the requirements of legislation and corporate standards of the enterprise.
