2021: Automation of processes of creation, exchange and storage of internal documents on the basis of "1C: PROF Document Management "

In 2021, due to the need to automate document flow, Professional Biotechnology was faced with the task of introducing the 1C: Document Flow 8 PROF software solution and building an effective full-cycle document management system based on the modern 1C: Enterprise 8.3 technology platform.

The company was chosen as an automation partner WiseAdvice-IT - an official certified partner of the company 1C since 2003. As part of the project, the integrator carried out the following works:

• Advice on the choice of software and options for its maintenance;
• Sale of the selected solution, integration with other systems based on 1C: Enterprises;
• Initial program settings to start accounting.

Automated processes:

• Maintaining a list of cases;
• Workflow;
• Accounting of contracts;
• Accounting and monitoring of the execution of orders;
• Accounting and storage of documents;
• Time and attendance

The system was put into commercial operation on November 1, 2021. The labor costs of all users of the program are almost halved. Fast coordination of documents, convenient collaboration of employees without data loss. Almost complete departure from paper document management within the company saved the budget laid down for clerical and logistics costs for years to come.
