Akos Tex (1C:Enterprise 8.3)

2017: Comprehensive automation of business processes based on the software product "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8.3 "

Akos Tex, one of the manufacturers of hosiery products, in February 2017 switched to a new integrated accounting system 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management on the 1C platform: Enterprise 8.3.

The company has its own production in the Moscow region, where it produces 1,500,000 pairs of products per month. Constantly developing and increasing production capacity, the company needed a software tool that could "connect" the warehouse system, sales and procurement.

In this regard, in 2015, the company faced the task of introducing a comprehensive automation system. On the recommendation of the automation partner, the federal 1C integrator WiseAdvice-IT, the software product 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management, created on the basis of the modern 1C: Enterprise 8.3 technological platform, was chosen.

Within the framework of the classical design technology, the following works were carried out:

• Collect and analyze customer requirements for the automated system by interviewing;
• Development of design methodology, planning of work stages, preparation of work schedule.

Provision of TA to the customer;

• Technical implementation of specific accounting and control features in the automation system: changes were made to the reporting forms, access rights systems were changed, NSI and types of internal documents were set up, document cards were finalized in accordance with the customer's requirements. Also added are new details, routing conditions in the built-in language, mechanisms for generating details values ​ ​ and their availability;
• Launch of modified subsystems in test mode, development of "feedback" from users;
• Implemented two-way integration with 1C: Enterprise Accounting 3.0, 1C: Payroll and HR Management and a self-described management accounting system;
• Trained users.

As a result of the implementation of the system, the customer's business users received effective management accounting tools that meet their requirements. 20 workplaces were automated.
