2015: Automation of operational process accounting based on 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8

At the end of 2015, the Moscow Lubricants Plant, a subsidiary of Gazpromneft - Lubricants, automated the process of managing data at production using a software solution based on the 1C: Enterprise 8 platform.

Work performed by the integrator

The automation partner was the federal 1C-integrator company. The following WiseAdvice-IT works were performed during the project:

• Work on setting up and implementing a standard 1C software solution: 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management;
• Planning of work stages, preparation of work schedule;
• Creation of interfaces and sets of user rights;
• Collection and analysis of the customer's requirements for the automated system;
• Technical implementation of specific accounting and control features in the automation system (adaptation).

Development of the subsystem "Duty sheets," the functionality of which is designed to automate the calculation and analysis of duty sheets in the 1S:UPP.

• Training of personnel to work with the system, including individual training at the customer's office.

Automated functions Production:

• Composition data management and product structure, formulation;
• Engineering Data Management and Regulatory Reference Information (PDM, MDM).
