2015: Integrated automation of production plant processes based on Enterprise 8.3 platform

In November 2015, it became known about the modernization of the automated control and accounting system of the Vladykinsky Mechanical Plant. With the help of the software solution 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management, the required level of automation of the company's main accounting circuits was achieved through the implemented modified base.

The transition from the old Infin Management system was due to the need to provide a more systematic reflection of production operations, as well as equipping the business with a flexible automated system with the possibility of its further development in terms of adding new functions, units and subsystems; creation of powerful tools to ensure automated execution of production business processes due to the technological capabilities of the modern 1C: Enterprise 8 platform.

The configuration implementation contractor was the federal 1C integrator WiseAdvice-IT. The specialists carried out a pre-design survey of all business processes of the plant, drew up a target model of the system according to the customer's requirements and functional gaps with a typical configuration.

As part of the project, the following 1S:UPP improvements were carried out:

• A subsystem for incoming inspection of materials, semi-finished products and purchased components has been developed.
• A subsystem has been developed for the automation of plant business processes in terms of human resources management, payroll, reporting (HRM):
  • maintenance of individual orders of employees in the context of Customer Orders;
  • generation of reports on workers' wages in the context of Customer Orders.

As a result of the project, an operational transition to a new system was successfully carried out, it became possible to quickly reflect production operations in accounting and tax accounting. Automation of accounting of the enterprise was the impetus for the further development of the plant, increasing production capacity.
