2011: Automation of operational and personnel records based on 1C products: Enterprise 8

In November 2011, the implementation of 1C: Salary and Personnel Management 8 and 1C: Accounting 8 software products was carried out in TD Slavyansky Dvor, specializing in accounting and audit activities.

WiseAdvice-IT was chosen as the automation partner. For the purpose of automated accounting according to the standards of Russian legislation, the integrator purchased software products to cover the target accounting circuits based on the 1C: Enterprise 8 platform.

WiseAdvice-IT specialists installed software solutions, checked the network mode, initially filled, loaded classifiers, registered users in the information base and gave initial instructions on working with the program.

As a result of the project, the automation of operational accounting, payroll and personnel management on the basis of 1C: Enterprise platform 8 was carried out that meets the requirements of the Slavyansky Dvor Trading House. New solutions provide:

• the management of the company has full control over what is happening, the ability to set the structure of the enterprise and its constituent organizations, analyze personnel, make management decisions based on complete and reliable information. Powerful analyses provide information in arbitrary sections;
• personnel service valuable tool for automation of routine tasks, including survey and preparation of reports on employees with different conditions of selection and sorting;
• employees of the enterprise are confident that at any time they will be able to quickly receive the necessary certificates, information about their vacation, personal accounting data in the Pension Fund, etc.;
• employees of accounting services of the enterprise - means for automated accounting in full compliance with the requirements of legislation and corporate standards of the enterprise.
