2011: Automation of operational and personnel accounting based on 1C:Enterprise 8 products

In March 2011, Triumph, a housing company, decided to obtain qualified advice and services to effectively use the capabilities of the 1C: Accounting and 1C: Salary and Human Resources programs. And already in September of the same year, the 1C integrator WiseAdvice-IT introduced software solutions into the customer's IT infrastructure.

The integrator performed the following works:

• Training under the programs 1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 and 1C: Enterprise Accounting 2.0;
• Update of programs, reporting forms;
• Advice on the correctness of accounting records data ;
• Consulting on personnel accounting and payroll calculation in the 1C program;
• Setting up data exchange between embedded programs;
• Revision of 1C: Accounting according to the customer's requirements.

As a result of the project, the automation of operational accounting, payroll and personnel management on the basis of the 1C: Enterprise 8 platform was carried out that meets the requirements of Triumph. The new solutions provide the company's management with full management control, the ability to analyze personnel and make verified decisions at the expense of complete and accurate data. Human resources and payroll services are equipped with a convenient tool for solving everyday tasks, reducing labor costs by almost half. Employees of the company at any time can request and promptly receive the documents they need. Employees of the accounting department are provided with the means for automated accounting in full compliance with the requirements of the legislation and corporate standards of the enterprise.
