2010: Automation of accounting, tax, personnel accounting and payroll on the basis of 1C:Enterprise 8 platform

In February 2010, the Mechanization Department-375 announced the successful completion of the project to automate the processes of financial, personnel and settlement departments using the solutions of the Russian vendor 1C: Payroll and HR Management and 1C: Accounting.

In connection with the development of the company, management decided to modernize the used system of operational and personnel accounting. The choice fell on more modern solutions based on the 1C: Enterprise platform.

WiseAdvice-IT (formerly Intellis), which has significant and successful experience in introducing automated accounting systems, was chosen as an integrator. From September 2009 to February 2010, the specialists of the 1C integrator carried out a project for the implementation of applied solutions.

Works performed by the integrator:

• Audit of the company's accounting;
• Data has been transferred and reconciled from the old automated system
• Trained users.

The configuration was not finalized, because the typical functionality made it possible to solve all the necessary tasks of the company.

The result of the project was the automation of accounting and tax accounting, payroll and personnel management on the basis of the 1C: Enterprise 8 platform that meets the requirements. At the same time, 1C software solutions provide:

• enterprise management and managers responsible for business development - extensive opportunities for analyzing, planning and flexible management of the company's resources to increase its competitiveness;
• a valuable tool for HR to automate routine tasks, including questionnaires and preparation of reports on employees with different selection and sorting conditions;
• employees of the enterprise are confident that at any time they will be able to quickly receive the certificates they need, information about their vacation, personal accounting data in the Pension Fund, etc.
• Accounting employees - means for automated accounting in full compliance with the requirements of the legislation and corporate standards of the enterprise.
