In March 2010, the company ClimateControl, specializing in the provision of services for the installation, repair and maintenance of climate control systems, switched to financial and personnel accounting systems based on 1C: Payroll and HR Management.

Unsatisfactory performance of the software used in the Company before the start of the project.

1. Audit of ClimateControl company accounting was conducted.
2. You have transferred and reconciled the data from the old automated system.
3. You have trained your users.

The configuration was not finalized, since the typical functionality makes it possible to solve all the necessary tasks of the customer.

Project result

Automation of payroll and personnel management on the basis of the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform was carried out that meets the company's requirements. Wide possibilities for analyzing, planning and flexible management of the company's resources are open to increase its competitiveness. The HR department received a convenient tool for automating everyday tasks, including questionnaires and preparing reports on employees with different selection and sorting conditions. Employees of the company promptly receive the necessary certificates, information about the vacation, data from the FIU and other personnel documents.
