PMK CIS: Budgeting 2.kh is Windows/Internet the solution in the field of business performance management (BPM - Business Performance Management) on the MS SQL platform of the server used for optimization of resource business planning and budgeting of the enterprise.

Unlike other products in which budgeting represents schedule system of control and the analysis of cash flows, our program and methodical complex defines cash flows as a result of calculation of satisfaction of needs of buyers and customers taking into account alternatives of production and resource restrictions (production capacities, personnel, cards of replacement, a compounding of products, safety stocks, work in progress, limits of suppliers and other factors).

Long-term experience and scientific knowledge allowed us to prepare for the edition a series of books, including "Budgeting: the theory and practice", the recommended UMO by training in the field of finance, accounting and world economy as the manual for students of higher educational institutions.

Functionality

In PMK CIS: Budgeting following features for optimization of resource business planning and budgeting of the enterprise are implemented:

Main Functions:

• Budgeting - a capital function of the application - budgeting of the enterprise including not only the structured information blocks (BDDS, BDR, the Purchasing budget, the Budget of compensation, the Budget of energy resources, the Sales budget, the Plan of stocks, the Production program, Budgets of the CFD, the Investment budget, Balance estimation), but also documents, references, files containing the unstructured information opening the budgeting mechanism.
• The production schedule of products and services which is directed to the most complete satisfaction of commodity demand in the presence of resource restrictions (equipment capacity, personnel, stocks, limits of suppliers, the minimum and mounting lots) taking into account different options of production and "competition" of alternative products for resources.
• Cost value of all types of products (the commodity production, semi-products, internal services accompanying and the integrated products, waste). Calculation of planned targets for the actual production volume and sales.

Options and configuring

• Information access and to functions of CIS: Budgeting is integrated with SQL Server security system. Roles are defined in the Configurator and are used afterwards for purpose of the rights to the specific user;
• The safety of confidential data, efficiency and safety of data exchange is defined by SQL Server security system;
• The configurator of a system allows to expand details of the existing reference books and documents and also to create new. The added details of documents automatically determine additional analytical cuts;
• Built-in system of import of data from the MS Excel. Access to heterogeneous data sources is provided on OLE technology of DB or ODBC.
• Setup of a user interface according to standards which it is used in all office programs of Microsoft corporation.
• Fixing and control of change of information in a system, if necessary transition to the previous version of data is possible.
• The built-in editor of information blocks and data views allowing to limit or expand information in horizontal and/or vertical measurement.
• Creation, change and removal of reports. Formatting of cells, creation of formulas, print settings is performed by means of the MS Excel under control of PMK CIS: Budgeting.

CIS: Budgeting is based on the Microsoft SQL Server server platform and uses as the system of reports Microsoft Excel. For centralization of budget information of the company the server Microsoft Office Share Point Server portal platform can be used.

Awards

At the forum Microsoft Innovation Day 2011 the winner of competition "The best applications for Windows 7" is declared. The complex of programs, services and methodical providing CIS became it: Budgeting. More than 300 heads of the Russian developer companies of the software interested in business development, connected with technologies and the software of Microsoft became participants of an annual forum of developer companies of Microsoft Innovation Day 2011 which took place on September 28, 2011 in Moscow on the platform Digital October. Representatives of Microsoft especially focused attention to roles of innovations in business development and technologies. The program of the Forum included performances of special guests, speakers from the Russian office Microsoft, the panel discussions devoted to strategy and programs of business development on the Microsoft platform in the conditions of global transformation of the industry of the software.

Within the Forum the results of the innovation tender "The Best Applications for Windows 7" which purpose to draw attention of users of Windows 7 to the best applications of the Russian developers are summed up. All applications stated on tender underwent careful testing in test laboratory 3DNews. The applications conforming to qualification requirements were estimated by commission of experts taking into account such parameters as: quantity of the used new interface opportunities of Windows 7, simplicity of the installation program, friendliness of the interface, functionality of the application, etc. Based on complex assessment which determines the level of use of new functionality Windows 7 the laboratory assigned to each application Score 3DNews.

Program and methodical complex of CIS: Budgeting gained the greatest number of points and as the result, took the I place. It was especially mentioned that PMK CIS: Budgeting being completely self-sufficient solution for enterprise planning, at the same time it is completely opened for integration into the existing corporate systems, allows to import data from external sources and also to save reports in popular formats.
