2022: Implementation of Roc Integration Service Bus
IT company RockITSoft announced on December 19, 2022 the introduction of an integration service bus into the IT infrastructure of Novosibirsk Energosbyt JSC - connecting software (software), which guarantees data exchange between information systems (IS), routing, security control, as well as data transformation and preservation. The solution accelerated data processing and increased the efficiency of the company's employees in different IPs. As a result, the time and cost of development at Novosibirsk Energosbyt JSC decreased by an average of 3 times.
RockITSoft experts analyzed the information systems and services of NovosibirskEnergosbyt JSC and formed technical requirements for them. The specialists installed and configured the platform on the hybrid infrastructure of the enterprise, and also developed integration routes for the key IPs of the customer. The integration of systems in the integration layer ensured the exchange of data between the company's billing and accounting systems. This made it possible to automate key business processes - billing with legal entities and individuals, import of bank statements, fiscalization of payments and charges, production and personnel management. RockITSoft carried out all work without affecting the customer's current activities.
The development of integration routes was carried out using Roc Integration, RockITSoft's own integration platform. The implemented solution is flexible and scalable according to the customer's possible specific needs.
The service bus has become a link between the information systems of Novosibirsk Energosbyt JSC. She replaced multiple custom intergation solutions. At the same time, the bus, being a message broker, ensures reliable and timely delivery of information. The result of its implementation was a reduction in time and the necessary development costs by an average of 3 times, said Denis Gazizov, IT Director of Novosibirsk Energosbyt JSC.

RockITSoft conducted load testing of the tire, which made it possible to make sure that it works smoothly and is ready for peak loads. Also, training was organized for employees of Novosibirsk Energosbyt JSC to operate the installed software. The decision not only accelerated the work of operators, but also removed the issue of data verification. Employees no longer need to transfer information from one system to another. The need for manual work has been minimized, and the number of errors has decreased - all interactions between ICs pass through the integration platform.
The integration service bus combined about 10 information systems. These include both internal and external customer systems. The integration made it possible to eliminate routine actions on authorization, data transfer between IPs, and also provided access to a single end-to-end database with configured search systems. RockITSoft implemented the project as soon as possible - in just 2 months. Many years of experience, as well as work with a bus of its own design, made it possible to implement difficult integration tasks seamlessly, with attention to the needs of the customer. Thanks to close cooperation with the IT service, Novosibirsk Energosbyt JSC managed to achieve a good result. The bus took its place in the customer's target architecture, and the company continues to work together and develop the solution, noted Ilya Omekhin, Director of Business Development at RockITSoft.
