The Russian IT-a company iFellow specializing in development testing and maintenance, ON December 21, 2022 announced that it had released the ERP Orion platform. The product helps to manage project teams, resources, automate internal business processes and manage financial metrics. The platform is relevant both for IT companies and for internal IT business units from other areas.

Orion is a universal product that covers most of the needs of the organization. The platform contains modules for project management, order execution control, HR and CRM. Basic picking includes an advanced employee card, a contract and correspondence register, and document management.

The main business task of Orion is to increase the manageability of the company's project portfolio through automated planning and visualization tools. To do this, the product implements a typical project life cycle with the ability to build optimal execution scenarios, form teams based on the experience and competencies of employees, as well as load management. For timely risk management, a register is maintained with an assessment of potential damage, a relationship with budgetary items, planned and actual labor costs is ensured.

Orion allows you to conduct a unit economy in each area thanks to the P&L and ensure the financial stability of the company by controlling cash flow in the context of projects (Cash Flow). Detailed analysis is provided by integration with various accounting systems, CRM and other software. It takes into account resource plans, potential deals, and upcoming purchases.

Since the main asset of IT companies and their respective departments is qualified personnel, the platform includes an HR module. It includes managing the adaptation of employees, evaluating their soft skills using "180 and 360 degrees" methods, creating and monitoring the implementation of individual development plans that allow you to raise personnel within the company.
