The created ASCAPC of industrial enterprises based on products of JSC Energomera Concern is intended for implementation of the effective automated electricity and capacity metering and also registration and storage of parameters of a power consumption, information transfer in the center of collection of information and formation of reporting documents.

For the organization of electricity metering on accessions of commercial accounting of electrical energy of power facilities of industrial enterprise the multitariff counters providing commercial accounting of the active and reactive electric power are installed. The installed counters of power facilities integrate in a uniform complex with the USPD on the local industrial bus EIA485.

For implementation of technical accounting use of metering devices with telemetric exits is possible. The information complex of an electric unit as a part of the USPD and a communication equipment, provides information exchange between all components of a system, collecting and data storage of commercial accounting and diagnostic information, receiving and providing to personnel of the serviced subject of operational data.

Collection of information from power facilities of the enterprise with metering devices is performed by means of the transformer of interfaces by means of the local industrial bus CAN-BUS.

The information processing center as a part of the server with an installed software of KTS "Energomera" and a communication equipment, provides collecting and data storage of commercial accounting, receiving and providing to the serviced personnel of operational data, formation of forms and reports of a required format and the nomenclature.

Uniform astronomical time for the ASCAPC of the enterprise is supported by the synchronizing device of system time.
