The Energomera concern put into operation the ASCAPC on PKF LLC "Atlas"

The Energomera concern puts into operation the ASCAPC on PKF ATLAS LLC in the city of Shchebekino of the Belgorod region.

Implementation

The automated accounting of electricity consumption is organized on S/st Chemical plant and VRU of 0.4 kV of Akosintez LLC and covers 16 counters intended for control of a power consumption on feeders of PKF Atlas LLC. Accounting of the consumed electric power on S/st Chemical plant is provided with CE304 S32 counters 602-JAA. Data collection from metering devices is performed to RS485 interface on 2 USPD 164-01I installed in an ASCAPC cabinet. In VRU of 0.4 kV of the subscriber of Akosintez LLC accounting is provided with CE304 S32 counter 632-JAA. USPD 164-01M provides collecting storage and data transmission on a request or in the automatic mode in the Information processing center.

Data transmission in the Information acquisition and processing center (TsOI) is performed on channels of cellular communication of GSM.

The information processing center provides collecting and data storage of commercial accounting. The information access about a power consumption from PKF Atlas LLC is provided from client jobs on a local network. The installed software of KTS Energomera provides receiving and providing operational data to service staff, formation of forms and reports of a required format and the nomenclature. On the server of collection of information models in format 80020 form, and sending data to JSC ATS using an automated workplace of the participant of wholesale market and the program of the electronic signature is performed.

  • GSM Teleofis RX100, RX108 and RS RX201 modems.

Server hardware:

• • TsOI as a part of the Server with an installed software of KTS "Energomera" and a communication equipment provides collecting, storage and data transmission in JSC ATS for implementation of financial calculations in wholesale market of the electric power and power.
