Akron introduces a unified corporate information system in SZFK

2022: Scaling of the ISA information system

On December 19, 2022, the Akron Group announced that at its site, North-West Phosphornaya Company JSC (SZFK JSC) in the Murmansk Region had implemented a project to scale the corporate information system of ISA, which ensures the management of the enterprise's economic activities.

As of December 2022, the company's specialists successfully introduced the Finance module at SZFK JSC. The main goal of the implementation is to optimize budgeting and financial flow management processes, a uniform approach to management accounting and information presentation. The company deployed its own ERP system, modernized network and server equipment, optimized current and built new business processes, implemented an integration solution for ISA and 1C systems.

The ISA implementation project at SZFK JSC will be implemented from 2021.

According to the results of testing within eight months of the unified corporate system of ISA at SZFK JSC, we note an increase in the accuracy and transparency of planning, simplification of control over financial flows and budget execution. Launching the system into commercial operation is an important step to improve the quality of Akron Group's corporate governance. It is planned to develop and implement ISA at other sites of the company, said Dmitry Balandin, Vice President, Economics and Finance, Akron Group.
