2022: Launch of the Public Information Service Solution

On December 23, 2022, AMBER, a developer of systems and applications based on the Russian AMBER platform, announced the release of a solution for government agencies - AMBER TSON - designed to help state-owned companies providing services to the population comply with recently issued laws.

Federal Law No. 270-FZ of July 14, 2022 ordered government agencies, local governments, subordinate organizations and courts in Russia to create official pages on social networks and publish up-to-date information about their activities. This initiative ensured the expansion of options for access information to various departments, better informing citizens and receiving feedback. State institutions post on social networks announcements and reports on events, explanations on important issues, share useful and interesting content. As of December 2022, the total total audience of public pages of authorities domestic social networks exceeds 50 million people.

The publication and updating of information, the collection of appeals from the population and the organization of answers on numerous sites and channels requires serious temporary and labor resources. To optimize this work, AMBER has proposed its own development on the AMBER platform, which will solve the following problems:

• Publication in one click of information on many channels: official sites; social networks, channels in instant messengers, newsletters.
• Omnichannel reception of appeals from various sources: official sites, paper correspondence, EDO, social networks, e-mail, GIS, instant messengers, telephony. All cases are collected in the same interface.
• Online collection and processing of requests from all channels, identification of duplicate requests.
• Distribution of processing of requests by performers, taking into account their competence, employment and other parameters.
• Manage case allocation scenarios.

The implementation of AMBER CON in government organizations provides the following opportunities:
