On average, the company spends more than 150,000 rubles on the search and adaptation of one developer. At a certain stage of the company's maturity, there is an understanding that it is more profitable to create comfortable conditions and develop specialists within the company, and not be in a constant state of selection and adaptation of newcomers. For December 2022, we are testing the Grade Factor platform on Lenvendo employees and already see a clear positive impact: the guys have a clear plan for professional development and an understanding of their prospects and career development in the company.
