GC Astral"" increased the coverage of trained employees and partners from 1000 to 14,000 people with help distance learning systems Mirapolis LMS in a year and a half. Partners note an increase in sales and the level of communication with customers after completing courses. The company Mirapolis announced this on December 26, 2022.

The company is an official certification center for issuing electronic signatures, entering the top 10 in Russia. As of December 2022, more than 8,000 companies, more than 30% of registrations of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs in the country pass through the services of the Astral Group of Companies.

Distance learning for us is a tool for increasing our own sales, "said Elena Slutskaya, head of the training department of the Astral Group partner network," so we decided to centrally manage the knowledge and adaptation of employees, expertise and certification of partners and corporate clients in Russia using the distance learning system (LMS).

The company had experience with another LMS and was looking for a reliable IT solution with an understandable interface, flexible functionality for working with training content, a knowledge base and counting on the growth of training tasks, a developed API and good technical support.

Pumping the expertise of the partner network was one of the main goals of the project. To involve partners in training, the process must be convenient, and training must be interesting.

The Astral Group of Companies training portal based on Mirapolis LMS is available from desktop and mobile devices, from browsers and a mobile application. For the convenience of partners and clients, separate business processes have been created for them on the portal: they are registered by landing, the main page of the portal is filled with the most necessary, a catalog of courses is clearly organized, courses, instructions are described in detail, reminders and notifications are set up, etc.

The portal is designed in the corporate style of the group of companies. In addition to courses, tests, a knowledge base, ready-made reports, an event catalog, the company uses mailings and notification templates, a news feed, banners and gamification to attract to the portal.

For a year and a half, Elena and her team created more than 100 courses, tests and dialogue simulators. Knowledge is assessed by testing added to each course. Successful completion of large final tests allows you to obtain certificates.

We launched a training gamification and made a portal promotional campaign among partners. The goods store, in which it will be possible to exchange points for gifts, is not yet full, this is in the near future, but involvement in the educational process has already increased: specialists are happy to undergo training for new points. The profitability of courses has already grown from 20 to 60%, for compulsory courses - up to 95%. The popularity of courses has increased: 90% for compulsory courses, from 15 to 50% the popularity of some optional courses has increased. " Elena Slutskaya shared.

New employees are assigned a "Novice Route" - a set of courses to get acquainted with the scope of the company and its services. This more than doubled the adaptation. The participation of the leader and mentor at this stage decreased without compromising efficiency.
