Since 2020, the number of B2B portals that take into account the needs of partners has grown significantly. The companies appreciated the benefits of possible digitalization, both material and image. At the same time, the translation of processes online is often fraught with problems, since typical solutions are not suitable for a specific business, where there are nuances.

Objectives:

  1. Increase the speed of order processing and scale the business without increasing the number of full-time employees.
  2. Increase the efficiency of B2B sales and improve the quality of service by providing customers with the necessary functionality.
  3. Get a comprehensive product placement tool.
  4. Maintain and increase competitiveness in online sales by updating the site

Pricing on the site depends on the individual discounts of the counterparty, as well as the existing shares. For unauthorized users, only the retail price and the Become a Partner button are displayed. To calculate individual discounts, the base price is used, for each item item and each store, it is unloaded from the accounting systems of the corresponding stores.

Personal account

The following sections are available to the user in his personal account: summary, promotions, orders, discounts, appeals, delivery addresses, users, uploads, my data.

The personal account is created on the basis of user requests and contains the necessary functionality that is important for the company's partners. For example, on the Summary page, the counterparty sees a total and overdue debt. And in the section "Unloading" can form the unloading of goods with a permanent address in a separate category.

Design and delivery

The user can add items to the cart in several ways, not only from the catalog, but, for example, load articles with a list. This feature is useful for B2B customers who often order the same items.
