UK "Baikal" installed "Homnet: XBRL" for automated reporting to the Central Bank

2022: Implementation of "Homnet: XBRL"

Baikal Management Company has established the Homnet: XBRL business solution for the preparation and validation of XBRL reporting on the taxonomy of the Central Bank. This was reported on December 28, 2022 by the Khomnet Group of Companies.

Within the framework of the project, specialists from the developer, Khomnet Group of Companies, installed and configured Khomnet: XBRL, implemented integration with accounting and management programs, including the previously installed accounting system at the Khomnet: NFO EPU. They also helped the employees of the Baikal Management Company to submit the first reports from the implemented system, providing comprehensive methodological support: consulting on taxonomy loading, briefing on manual input, viewing, data validation, uploading and submitting reports in XBRL format.

The first and subsequent XBRL reporting packages were successfully audited by the Central Bank, which is the result of automation of the "from and to" process, including:

• working with the taxonomy of the Central Bank;
• validation of data according to taxonomy rules;
• process data verification;
• Generation of reporting package ready for submission (BFO, NSO) in XBRL format.

The latter is performed by the button through the implemented function of automatic data upload from bases the accounting system "Homnet: NFO" to "Homnet: XBRL."

The consultations that the specialists of the Khomnet Group of Companies conducted throughout the project helped the employees of the Baikal Management Company to smoothly adapt to work in the system. Support is provided within the framework of the support contract. The system is constantly developing and promptly updated in accordance with the current legislation.
