The card is developed especially for cashless payment of journey of pupils of schools. School students pay 50% of the set fare with this card. Money on the card is reliably protected, they cannot be lost or used in an inappropriate way. Parents can fill up the card in any point of replenishment of transport cards. For September, 2010 according to the card more than 50 thousand school students are serviced.

Experience of the Card of the School Student project in Novosibirsk is recognized successful, and Head department of formation of the mayor's office of Novosibirsk together with RPS "Zolotaya Korona" are going to develop this undertaking and at other schools of the city, at the same time expanding functionality of cards.

For elementary grades (with 1 on 4 class) it is going to implement the scheme with "The card of the teacher" at which the class teacher will enter the number of pupils and cost of a complex lunch in the terminal. Parents of pupils of initial classes will be able to fill up the personal account of the child via the terminal. For high school (with 5 on 11 class) the scheme with personal "Cards of the school student" will be implemented. At the same time the accounting application on the card will be replaced with "e-wallet" which the school student or his parents will be able to fill up in the terminal installed in the territory of school. The possibility of placement on "The card of the school student" of additional functionality is in addition considered: transport, throughput, library, etc. applications.
