2022: Transfer of procurement to site B2B-Center

Alabuga Development decided to transfer procurement activities to the B2B-Center electronic trading platform. With the help of ETP, the company plans to increase coverage and expand cooperation with potential contractors and suppliers, to ensure optimal purchase prices. The company B2B-Center (Center for Economic Development) announced this on January 12, 2023.

Alabuga Development is a subsidiary of JSC SEZ PPT Alabuga and provides a full range of services in integrated construction management. He acts as the general developer of industrial areas for the special economic zone "Alabuga," which as of January 2023 unites 57 residents and 33 operating production facilities. Among the large-scale promising projects of the developer: the construction of infrastructure facilities of the Novgorodskaya SEZ, the Ethylene-600 industrial park and many others.

The volume of planned investments for 2023 is about 50 billion rubles. Due to the increase in the number of construction projects, as well as the need to cover more participants in tenders from different regions of the country, Alabuga Development decided to cooperate with B2B-Center. With the help of the site, it is planned to find new suppliers and contractors for all types of construction work: from earthworks and landscaping to APCS and video surveillance.

During testing, Alabuga Development has already conducted procurement procedures at ETP in the amount of more than 4.8 billion rubles. Among the advantages of the site, the company noted a convenient and understandable interface, the ability to configure communication with the ERP system to automate and simplify the procurement process, access to a database of more than 600 thousand suppliers, receive profitable offers from the market and optimize purchase prices up to 20%.
