Born August 18, 1976.

In 1993 he graduated from the Moscow Suvorov Military School.

In 2002 he graduated from the Moscow Academy of Economics and Law with a degree in Accounting and Audit.

In 2009 he graduated from the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation with a degree in State and Municipal Administration.

He improved his qualifications at the Higher School of Economics, specializing in the MBA - Strategic Management program.

1997: Work in commercial organizations

From 1997 to 2007 he worked in commercial organizations.

2008: Deputy Vice President - Executive Director of the Union of Machine Builders of Russia

Since 2008, he was Deputy Vice President - Executive Director of the All-Russian Industry Association of Employers "Union of Machine Builders of Russia."

2019: Deputy Prime Minister of the Tver Region

On August 12, 2019, by order of the governor Igor Rudeni , he was appointed deputy chairman.
